Rotation between yoga, palates, cardio workout, flow arts
- 9:00 - 9:20 Morning Sharing Circles
Community gather together to share: how we're feeling now & our intention for the day
- 9:30 - 10:00 Self-Serving Communal Breakfast
- 10:00 - 2:00 Work Hours
- 2:00 - 2:30 Movement Break
Move bodies for those who sit in front of computers too long, a gentle stretch + HIIT exercise session
- 2:30 - 6:00 Work Hours
- 5:00 - 6:00 Dinner Prep
A rotating dinner team of 2-3 people get together and prepare dinner for the whole community
- 6:00 - 6:45 Communal Dinner
- 6:45 - 7: 15 Sunset Walk + Evening Sharing Circles
We'll take a nice walk to the beach and see the sunset.
